Pet Policy
Your pets deserve to live the boundless life, too! That’s why we’ve worked hard to make our apartments in South Las Vegas pet-friendly, with features like our fenced dog park and water station to keep your hound hydrated. Our pet fee is $400 per pet and monthly pet rent is $35. Certain dog breeds are restricted, including Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Doberman Pinschers.
